Can I order black and white prints?
Yes. You're able to use our editor to change the filter on your photos, from black & white to sepia.

What are the exact sizes of the prints?
You can order your photos printed in many different sizes, which means you'll be able to find the perfect size for your photo. To make things easier for you, we've rounded the numbers up or down in most product descriptions.

Can I print photos on matte paper?
Absolutely. When you print photos online, you can choose between a matte or gloss finish and even add a white border. If you're unsure about our online photo printing options, check out the product description for more information.

Can I add text to photo prints?
Yes, but only if you’ve selected our Retro Photo Prints. You can either add your text in our online studio when you’re creating your prints, or if you can't quite decide what you'd like to say, you can always add your comments later using a marker pen.

We print on professional standard photo paper to make sure your snaps look as good as they can. This way, you don't lose any of the sharpness or quality of the original digital image.

Are you replacing the Free Prints offer with anything?
We are continually looking at ways to develop and improve the offerings our customers have access to. As part of this review we removed the Free Prints offer. We cannot confirm as yet if it will be back. The last date to redeem your 50 free prints was 30 June 2024.
