We custom-make every item in our factories across Europe. Some products take longer to make than others, and we always want to get your items to you as soon as each one is ready. This means that, if you place an order which includes several items, you might not receive all your products at the same time.
Once we’ve made an item from your order, we’ll ship it so you receive it as soon as possible. We’ll also send you a shipping notification email including the estimated delivery date.
If you place several orders shortly after one another, we’re afraid we can’t combine them.
With most of our products you can choose between these delivery options:
The average standard delivery time is 2-5 working days. You can find more details below, under "Production and delivery times".
Includes parcel tracking and is normally delivered within 2 days after the dispatch date. You can find more details below, under "Production and delivery times".
When delivering products to other European and international countries, a surcharge is added to the regular delivery costs. International deliveries may take up to 10 days longer than regular delivery times because of customs regulations and longer shipping distances.
Our delivery prices include postage, professional packaging, transport costs, transport insurance and a service fee. The prices can change according to which product you’ve made and the type of delivery you decide on. There’s more information in the tables below.
For some types of products, there may be an extra charge when ordering several items. If you order several different products and sizes, we’ll add the delivery costs of the individual products together.

There’s an additional charge for all express orders. The amount will vary depending on product type and size, and you’ll be able to see the charge in your shopping basket before you complete your order.
Every item is custom-made in our factories, and we take pride in getting your photos looking fantastic. This means a product with a lot of photos, like a Photo Book, can take longer to make than a gift with just one photo.
Delivery times listed below include production time and shipping time, depending on the selected delivery method. We do our best to estimate production and delivery times for each item and delivery type when you place your order but, unfortunately, busy times of year or postage delays can affect when your parcel arrives. Will the UK leaving the EU affect my order?
The UK leaving the EU can sometimes affect our delivery times. If our products need to cross European borders, it can slow the process down (just a little). Take a look at our estimated delivery times for up-to-date information.
For our EU customers – we’ve worked closely with our carriers to avoid any VAT charges on delivery. If, for some reason, you are charged for VAT, just reach out to our Customer Services team who will be happy to help.
