Are these washable face masks?

Yes, these are reusable face masks that are machine washable, but please make sure you follow the instruction card for how to care for your mask.

What are printed face masks made from?

Our Personalised Face Masks are made of three layers of fabric: Outer printed layer : 100% polyester 240 gr. The first protection barrier is moisture resistant due to its high thread density, as well as easy to wash and dry. Middle layer : Non-woven viscose spunlace 44gsm. Second filter barrier layer provides high humidity absorption, as well as supporting layer separation for comfortable use. Inner layer (skin contact): Woven Flat polyester cotton 144gsm fine thread. Third protection barrier layer offers high breathability due to its composition. High thread count and fabric type is comfortable and doesn't irritate your skin. Our face masks have 90% filtration efficiency to particles around 3 (+/- 0,5) μm. Find out more about the finer details here .

Why do face masks have pleats?

We know everyone's face is different, so we include pleats as part of the mask design for more sculpting coverage of your mouth and nose. This may mean that your printed photo will not show flat when worn.

How should fabric face masks be worn?

Place the elastic bands around your ears so that the rectangle of fabric is covering your mouth and nose. Hold the flexible nose bridge across your nose while gently pulling the bottom edge of the mask over your chin to expand the concertina for a comfortable fit. Don't touch the front of your mask while putting it on, taking it off or wearing it.

How do I adjust my face mask?

Not quite the right fit? No problem! Each mask comes with two rubber adjusters you can attach to the elastic loops behind your ears. There's also a flexible nose bridge fitted inside the edge of the adjustabe face mask to pinch in place across your nose.

Can I return my reusable face mask?

Not this time... Unfortunately we can't accept returns for face masks. Please speak to our Customer Service team for more information.

Can I buy photo Face Masks in bulk?

Is there a child size Face Mask?

We'd recommend choosing our small size as the best fit for a kid's Face Mask. Just add the silicone adjusters to the ear loops to resize for a perfect fit.

Do Face Masks have a nose clip?

Yes, a flexible nose bridge runs along the top of our personalised Face Masks to make sure they mould to fit your face comfortably.

Can I make a personalised face mask on the app?

Yes, you can (and it's really easy). Just open the app , log in into your Photobox account to start uploading photos straight from your camera roll and print them from anywhere.
