Your product credits will only show up in your basket when you add the relevant product. You will know a credit is showing in the basket correctly when the cost of that product is £0.00 and your free credit shows up beneath as "credits used: 1"
TOP TIP: Prints and product credit cannot be used in conjunction with offer codes.
